The purpose of this Committe is to expedite the building of a Memorial and a Monument Tribute to the MONON employees of Bloomington, Indiana.  We have reached an agreement with the City of Bloomington Parks Department to place a Limestone Memorial on the Rails to Trails Project.   The Limestone Monument will have a Bronze Monon Wheel on Rail Logo and a Bronze Memorial Plaque.  It will be placed in the park on the trail at the location of the Bloomington Passenger Station in downtown Bloomington between 4th and 5th Streets.
